Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be refunded, exchanged or store credit issued within 30 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the sales slip. Items must be unused and unworn, in original condition with the original packaging and paperwork. Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only.
We regret that special orders are not returnable and no refund or exchange can be made. Special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Custom work is considered a very special order, an agreement between you and the designer, which is yours to keep. A special order includes anything ordered or altered at the customer's request.
Any item may be placed on layaway for a maximum of six months with a minimum deposit of 25%. The balance must be paid off in six equal payments from the original purchase date. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee with the remaining balance to be issued as store credit.
Gregory's will clean and check your jewelry free of charge. We suggest you have this done every six months. We use original designers and outside professionals to repair your jewelry. Gregory's is not responsible for jewelry left for repair. Gregory's is not responsible for items left for more than 60 days.
